「There’s nothing special」

「Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!」

「Yes all rooms were clean and staff was helpful」

「Wonderful location and great neighborhood, well appointed and would definitely stay here again! 」

Cushions sunk down into couch. Two railroad tracks directly behind our room. Train only ran 2-3 times a day. Felt safe. 」

「The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions...

「We had a wonderful time; the property was close enough to the action but not too close.」

「Overall the stay was good. We didn’t realize that we would be staying in 2 separate units but it worked out. The basement entrance was right next to the sewer drainage and did not smell pleasant. Also, the entrance to the 1865 club was through the basement entrance next our unit and was a bit loud. 」
