「I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. He Said that my visa from my pasport was not valid this is insane because me and my fiance have valid ID. When i told him that im going to...

「Tv was not working and staff was not coperative. Didnt give towel and showers are not working. Left the hotel after 2 hours and take room in nearby hotel. Overall terrible experience.」
