"Our experience with the property was excellent from the time of booking to the time of checking out. I dont think I have ever experienced such a clean hotel and wonderful, helpful staff. I have no hesitation in reommending this hotel. There is also onsite secure parking but even without a car its a 1 minute walk to the bus route both to the city or Palmerston."

"The Hotel is geographically perfect with shopping, transport and dining choices all with walking distance. Checking in after 10pm is hassle free as the staff message a code number to your phone for the after hours key box, then they clearly explain entering the hotel. The hotel is quiet, feels very safe and secure. The staff are friendly and respectful. My room was perfect for me, with a very comfortable bed, and I enjoyed the fixed containers of creams/ shampoo. This made the shower very safe...

"We had such a lovely stay, it was just such a shame we were delayed in our arrival and didnt get to enjoy a little longer. The apartment was neat clean and tidy, with beautiful modern furnishings. They have an exceptional outlook on on conserving energy for our environment. It was so refreshing to see. Encouragement of guests to conserve energy and tip's on how too. It was very educational for those who dont know how. Freat use of recycling bins as well. "

"Elsey is very comfortable, and all is kept in great condition. The pool is nice, and I found I was always able to find time to myself there. I did find the aircon not quite up to the task though this didn't impact comfort too much and is likely an easy fix with a simple filter clean. There are shops and a small grocer across the road which was extremely helpful and their produce is top quality. I would go back again."

Bt the phone number they gave us for any problems was not connected The desk person said it hasn't been connected for 5 years the key didn't work in elevator my daughter was locked out at 230am and they said they couldn't do anything about it the internet didn't work they couldn't help again"

"The appartement was as great as we seen on the pics when we booked. Well furnished great view great place. The only thing was that the receptionist didn't know how to guide us or explain us where was the building... It was late we were tired with kids and that was really annoying. "
