I liked the security of the premises, especially the car park area. Once our car was parked we were inside the security of the hotel. Good clean rooms with a large ensuite. Easy book in, friendly staff. Stayed for two nights and Will definitely be back again 👍 Arnold, Katherine NT

the room was clean and the staff were great. We had 2 one bedroom apartments. Ours had celophane patches on the lounge. the 2nd apartment had faulty aircon so was always hot and it took some 10 days to rectify. Additionally there was a burn the size of a plate in the carpet. During a few nights there was significant noise and children running down the hall at night. It was not up to their normal standard and not sure we will go back for a fourth visit.

I loved how central the location was. The mini kitchenette was helpful and they cleaned my room daily which meant fresh towels. The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose the Metro again.

Convenient to a lot of areas, you could walk to the grocery store. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchenette was well stocked with pans, crockery and everything that was needed. Microwave, iron and ironing board. Enjoyed our stay.

WOULD STAY AGAIN

This property met our expectations on both price and location. All staff we encountered were well trained friendly, efficient & professional. Our room was well presented, clean & functional. We had a hire car which we paid $10 per night for secure onsite parking. Woolworths city store was just 2 minutes walk away.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very good. Room cleaning was every day. Location is excellent, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Bus stop is 50 m from the door. Good swimming pool and BBQ area. I would stay again and recommend Metro Advance apartments to tourists. Great value for your money!!

VALUE FOR MONEY GREAT RETURNS

Overall excellent and convenient spot in city next to Woolworths for your daily needs. Room was a studio and very comfortable for 4 night stay. Having a kitchenette came in handy and the pool was just across from where I was staying including lift. Daily room service. Self service Laundry no charge. Would stay again. Only inconvenience was the fire drill but then again you never know when a real one would be. Great!

Metro for me

The Hotel is geographically perfect with shopping, transport and dining choices all with walking distance. Checking in after 10pm is hassle free as the staff message a code number to your phone for the after hours key box, then they clearly explain entering the hotel. The hotel is quiet, feels very safe and secure. The staff are friendly and respectful. My room was perfect for me, with a very comfortable bed, and I enjoyed the fixed containers of creams/ shampoo. This made the shower very safe and no slippery floors or loose soap. The night view from the room was delightful and it was great to beable to open the small sliding windows. Totally recommend this hotel

This apartment had everything we needed and good value, separate bedroom, kitchen, laundry (although the washing machine didnt work and was replaced when requested and the stove was dangerous!) Sadly the property could be so much more with a little updating of amenities. The dryer didn't function either, just tumbled hot wet clothes, the electric kitchen stove was of the old style and the indicator knobs spun around so you didn't know what setting or which hotplate you were on! Very dangerous and yet there was a note on the wall saying if smoke detector summoned fire brigade the tenant was liable for costs..... not cool! Bathroom needed updating; taps corroded and silicone had mold underneath. Good points; excellent air conditioning, quiet room (3rd floor), nice swimming pool, a comfy bathtub, close to city center and shops. Woolworths on the next block.

Great location

Apartments were great we had the executive so had a washer and dryer, it had all the amenities we needed. Pool loungers would have been great and some more plants around the pool to detract from the concrete. Great location for Mitchell Street being two blocks away - was very quiet but easy access to Woolies across the street.
