「The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.」

However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. 「Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable 」

「We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!」
