"Disappointing stay overall. While the hotel is new, beautifully designed, close to the beach and set in a pleasant surrounding, the service level — especially from the front desk and restaurant teams — falls far below what we recently experienced in Marrakech and Casablanca. Despite requesting two quiet adjacent rooms well ahead of the trip, the hotel assigned us rooms on completely different floors and opposite ends of the property. For a hotel of this size claiming to be five-star, this feels unacceptable and simply careless. Even with the hotel being fully booked, it should not have been difficult to accommodate such a basic request. The rooms are also surprisingly noisy. Music from the rooftop bar continues past midnight, and with cars constantly arriving around the hotel entrance, light sleepers should look elsewhere. If you want luxury in Rabat, the nearby Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is likely a better choice. For more affordable comfort, Rabat Marriott Hotel would probably offer a better overall experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth it."
