Do not stay at this hotel. I did not have hot water for 4 days. The room had roaches and a damn dog was crying all day everyday of my stay. The worse hotel ever!!!

The propperty was clean even though they do need to spray more often for roaches. For stay the privacy was great. It would have been nice if they carried rool away beds but they dont which was inconvenient for my gradson.

Beware this hotel has roaches!! Also my very last day my hotel door got jammed and wouldn’t let me in. Had to wait until the next morning for maintenance to come and take the door off. I personally suggest another hotel!

I did not like that the staff would not honor the on line price through extended stay nor would they agree to give me my veterans discount. I would reserve my stay online to pay at the hotel and the staff would tell me to pay at the hotel I had to pay their price not the online amount. I called corporate had everything worked out and a second corporate call took over the situation and went with the word and price of the hotel staff. Still no member discount and no veterans price (either or I was aware I could not stack the discounts. I just wanted one or the other to be honored as it was on the extended stay app. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.

When we arrived at the facility, no one was at the front to greet us and when we went into the room there was only enough towels for one person. In fact there was one wash cloth and one bath towel. The room was clean but we only stayed one night because it was too noisy.

Disappointing stay
The room looks nothing like the online pictures. All furniture is old and outdated. No long stay amenities like dishes, cups, silverware everything was empty not even a coffee pot. Bathroom fan/light was very loud when turned on and AC did not cool. Not worth the money at all.

It stinks - literally!
Overall appearance of the room was very underwhelming, dank and mildewy, and not much in there. There weren't enough pillows for the number of occupants (4) - one pillow was shaped like a basketball. There weren't any toiletries in the bathroom. The worst part was the smell in the room- a combination of human sweat, moldy cheese and cigarettes! I think someone before us smoked like a chimney in the bathroom and blew their smoke into the vents. I nearly vomited when I went in there in the morning it was so bad. Determined to make the best of it, we bought 4 air fresheners, flagrant room spray, and various cleaners, but nothing could take the smell away. The only good thing was that the window opened, which at least allowed some fresh air in (at least when someone wasn't outside in front the entrance smoking - yes! they allow people to smoke right at the entrance. Our room was on the second floor right above the entrance!). We only stayed one night of the two we booked- couldn't take the smell anymore! Staff was generally friendly. That's what I get for opting for a cheaper hotel. Never again!

We arrived very late and only stayed one night. The staff member was friendly and polite. The area around the hotel is nice. The room was a little bit of a disappointment; not bad, just okay. I am used to seeing higher quality furniture, amenities, etc for the $100 rate. Clean. But Older. Nothing special. Small rust spots on the fridge. Thin comforter. Not what I was expecting based on photos posted online. Maybe it’s because we had a (therapy) dog with us… Either way, we would stay again.

The bed was a metal frame that made noise anytime you moved. The mattress was terrible. It was sunken in several spots. The room had a strange, mildewed smell. I was told that I would have to pay to have my towels washed and was only given two towels and two bath cloths for a week-long stay. The price was reasonable, all things considered. The hotel was in the vicinity of various places to eat and shop.

This place is dirty and broken. If you get past dirty kitchen and shower you have to deal with an uncomfortable bed. The pillows are flat with lumps on top of a mushy bed. The air conditioner did not work properly and was very noisy. However, the bathroom fan was much louder and turned on when you turned on light.

I was originally put on the second floor due to elevators not working. My room was dirty and had roaches. They then moved me to the second floor. A customer said they had covid. We decided to check out. Was never refunded my money for the other 4 days that I didnt stay. I should have received a refund due to a customer staying there with covid. I was told i would get a refund but never did. This place is not clean and they will take your money
