「My overall experience is terrible. We arrived late at night, it took us a long time to get the key from safe box as the instruction is not correctly provided. Got into the apartment found the sofa bed is not made, took some time find the bedding and found the sofa bed is broken after unfold!!! No wonder it’s not made. We also found stains on the bed sheet on the double bed at the mazzanine. After sent pictures to the property agent they avoided comment on the broken sofa, and replied the...

「Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent.
