"This is my fourth visit to Budapest. The hotel is in a great location. The staff, namely Sophie and Gabor were professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception arranged both our transfers. Even though we had an hours delay and then spent 75 mins queuing for passport control on a Saturday morning the taxi driver was still there waiting for us! Bathroom shower area could do with a bit more privacy but I would stay here again."
