"I could give this hotel ten stars out of five if I could. Clean and spacious room. No noise from airport at all. We ordered a crib and it was already set up in the room which almost never happened with North American hotels we were used to. The crib was bigger size than North American standard, came with mattress, cute beddings, and a complementary kid's toiletry bag. The highlight was the front desk staff on the evening we checked in. We drove all day from the lake district to Vienna airport to stay one night before catching our early morning flight. It was raining and our toddler was exhausted and throwing a tantrum. The front desk lady who checked us in was so nice to come out of the lobby and give us detailed instructions to the parking. By the time I got my toddler into the lobby he was in full blown up mode. Piercing cries can be heard in the entire airport I'm sure, but nothing I did could calm him. A staff member came to offer a pouch of juice and a chocolate bar, and he was instantly quiet. Then the front desk lady came and gave him a toy car - his favorite kind. That sealed the night to be one that he'll remember for years. Special thanks to the kind people working in the lobby that night. The property was impeccable to begin with, but you guys were the stars! I didn't get the name of the lady at front desk, but she's from Ukraine. It was June 10. If the manager sees this please give her a raise!"

"The staff were extremely helpful whether checking in or with enquiries. They also do not disturb you during your visit if you don't want them too (often the do not disturb signs get ignored but not here). This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many) where the hand soap and bedding has not caused me to have a reaction. The location is ideal - there is a lovely Asian restaurant across the road (Neu Mee) and a gorgeous pizza place around the corner (Golda) as well a very short walk to buses, trams and trains."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I loved my room, and cleaning service was reliable and unobtrusive. Breakfast buffet was very good. Also, the hotel bar is outstanding, and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Great stay at Le Meridien Vienna!"

"Excellent Danube river view, great location, walking distance from the Parliament, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacey, bathrooms can use some update, especially the bathtub is an accident about to happen during showers."

"This hotel is phenomenal. Their staff is caring, helpful and bends over backwards for you. We came with our dogs and they treated them well too. Underground parking is available and is reasonably priced around $40 USD per night. The hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. This hotel is really really great and I highly recommend."
