「We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. 「We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . 「Beautiful clean room (Room 4) with lovely comfy beds, additional things such as blankets, soap, shampoo etc and very attentive staff ( actually the owners ). High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this delightful boutique bead and breakfast close to all amenities. 」

「Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then」
