「Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. 」

「Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming.」

「Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. 」

「To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. 」

「We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...
