The towels were old, worn out, and unpleasant to use. When I tried to take a shower, there was only cold water. I went to reception, and after checking, the receptionist told me everything was fine. We had to make arrangements for another hotel and lost our entire payment at this property. We emailed with our concerns to the property and Expedia and got no response from either. A big ripoff.」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」
