「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「The room was really large and comfortable. The receptionist allowed me to check in early. When I was checking out, I asked if I could leave a bag (with chocolates that would have melted if I'd kept them in the car while golfing) and the receptionist obliged me. Picked the bag up after the round and was fine. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in Couer d'Alene.」

「The property is about to go through an upgrade. My door handle, which is electronic happen to break down while I was there. The manager went out of her way to get maintenance there to fix it late on a Friday evening. I had to stay locked in my room overnight until later in the next day when it could be fixed properly.」
