Love the shower, amazing water pressure. Good coffee in room, needs to provide at least 2 more liquid creamer pods. Parking in garage is great, but. Or obvious at first, had to repark but garage is easy and close.

I saw a couple of tiktoks about this hotel and wanted to try and I loved it! The aesthetic was everything the easy check in the cleanliness of the room the bar area everything was a 10/10. I will be staying here everytime I’m in Dallas thank you.

Very nice property at a good price point for the area. The location is great near uptown and SMU. Room had a slightly musty smell, but went away when the ac came on.

The property was extensively and they utilized every aspect they could to weasel more and more money they can from you. You have to pay for parking to stay there and they charge an additional $100 upon check in they claim is refundable which I still haven’t received back yet. Horrible place to stay save your money and go elsewhere.

Convenient location while visiting our son at SMU. The hotel is nice and clean, personel was always attentive although they missed to ask if we wanted the room to be cleaned and they did not provide this service, yet on the day of checkout they promptly knocked on our door at 9 am to ask if they could clean up already to have the room ready for the next guests. I found that rude. They provided convenient free self parking.

I could hear everything in the room next to mine (someone blowing their nose, etc.) The bathroom barn door doesn't actually close fully. It's not very private. The bar downstairs was understaffed. There appeared to be several people behind the bar but only one person was actually working and she needed assistance.

Our hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lobby bathrooms were not clean during breakfast (overflowing paper towels, an empty drink glass on the sink, no soap). Breakfast was good. Our children loved the pool, it was very warm which was ok with me but some may not like. Would be nice to have more seating in the pool area. The shuttle was convenient and fast. We found the free parking to be just fine. Overall, not the most up-to-date accommodations but suited our needs for the price.

Great place to stay while visiting the University. Only four miles away from Love Field airport. Shopping close by. They do not have a breakfast buffet but you can ofer from a menu.

The parking is a scam. $37 to valet overnight. $17 just to valet for a short time. The only free parking is in a detached parking garage on the top flors. To get the free parking you have to scan QR code & fill out a form. Then later they text you a code. Very inconvenient. They are gouging their guests. I didn't pay that much in downtown Boston.

We had such luck finding The Beeman, we really couldn't believe it! Even my sister, who had just joined us for the day and enjoyed the hotel and environs for a few hours expressed her desire to stay at The Beeman!

Great front desk crew day & night, cute/spacious room, the indoor pool with outdoor sitting area was great! The restaurant is a bit pricey, not a lot of variety but nice service. They had live music this past weekend, and bar was open till midnight!

Convenient location—Easy access to property. Staff is wonderful. We especially love the restaurant servers—The women working the morning shift are so nice! Evelia, the server, is full of joy! Our only issue this past stay is 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working which caused a delay. One of the elevators was quickly fixed leaving 2 of 3 in working order. I stay at the Beeman every time I go to Dallas. I’ve stayed there about 15-20 times in the last 2 years. In the past few months, they began charging for parking at the nearest lot. I wish they gave hotel guests a pass or discount. But, I will continue to stay there because it’s convenient, clean and I like the staff and I like that there is a bar and restaurant.

Style of room with two beds we booked was not available upon check in, forced into something else. which doesn't work for multiple people. Parking is difficult. No shuttle service. Hotel is convenient and walkable to stores and restaurants Staff accommodating. Restaurant not open for lunch. Gym is great for traveling guest needs.
