We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there were no issues there (Other than the heater that they mentioned, but we did not need to use it during our stay). I just wish that they communicated the issue beforehand so we didn't waste an hour trying to figure everything out. But we would probably not have stayed if that first room was the room we were initially given, that was definitely not worth the price we paid.
