"The most helpful and understanding staff ever! Our dogs were affected by the tornado and storms on the drive up, so they were acting up and stressed out. Instead of me taking a chance of the dogs disturbing other guests the next day they allowed me to check out a day early. They refunded my night. I had breakfast, which was good (eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, juices, cereal, fruits, etc). The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. 10 out of 10."
