「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」

「Gebucht haben wir weil wir ein wunderschönes Villenzimmer haben wollten, Größe L. Bekommen haben wir ein „runtergekommenes“ Zimmer, welches nicht ansatzweise so aussah wie auf den Bildern. Der Toilettensitz hatte gelbliche Flecken, das Bad war nicht wirklich geputzt und der Föhn ließ sich nicht im gleichen Raum bedienen, da der Strom nicht funktionierte. 「The hotel was simple but adequate for our short stay. It is very well placed near the centre of Wiesbaden and the room was clean and bright and very quiet. Access was simple even when the reception wasn’t staffed, and though we didn’t have breakfast, it looked good.」

「Das Bad wirkte frisch renoviert. WLAN funktioniert ordentlich. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut, zwar kleine Mengen, aber es wurde öfter mal nachgelegt. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Parken ist etwas schwierig. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Cafés und die tolle Atmosphäre der Rheinpromenade.」

「The property is about 40 minutes from the railway station-not 20 minutes, as the hotel suggests. A decent breakfast was on offer, though a couple of changes each day would have been appreciated. Having the same breakfast every day can be a bit boring, in spite of the quality of the fare. The cleaning of the room was a problem: even when asked to clean the room, it was twice not done. When it was done, paper goods were not replaced on two occasions.. How difficult is it for cleaning staff to see...

「Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. 」
