「櫃台服務人員 的不同 服務的態度就有 所 差異 ，墨西哥人的服務比較好。 三天才清潔房間一次，房內 垃圾桶又 不太少， 會造成清潔的問題。房子的西曬問題 嚴重。」

「When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night.」

「If you want private and very quiet and quirky this is just the place, there's also a wonderful hot tub to unwind in as well. there also Breakfast is provided in the fridge as well plus a few extra treats like chocolate and fruit. would defiantly recommend.」

「We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...
