The staff were wonderful. Communicated well. For a person who isn't used to the location, I had a little difficulty finding the main entrance, but, overall, I made a good decision staying with Quest Albany

Great place to stay after arrival in Auckland

Great location away from the busyness of Auckland. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus a nice park behind the hotel to go for a stroll. New world grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive away. Our room was fairly spacious, comfortable king sized bed and nice to have a full size washer and separate dryer in our room.

Great location to shopping centre, you can either walk or drive. Check-in was easy, went smoothly. My down side was the pillows were to hard and big for my liking, but that's only my preference. Over all lovely place.
