「Broken shower diverter and a note "This is a minibar, not a fridge" on empty mini fridge says it all」

「GOOD」

「I’m a body builder and I come here for vacation after my show. It’s a nice hotel close to city centre in the heart of everything, only thing is gym is petite but enough for use. Very close to night market for cheap massages. Easy transport; just no big supermarket. Nice breakfast can still have for for body builder as Vietnam food very oily no food to eat and hot weather. Hotel is nice」

「Good price value. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful.」

「Very friendly staff and showed strong will to earn better satisfaction from customers」

「Some staff members at the hotel’s 25th floor restaurant need to improve their service attitude , they lack proactive service.」
