「Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.」

「The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.」

「The room suitable for single or couple only. Its not suitable for family.」

(1) never received Check-in guide from host - STAYRENE (2) messaged Expedia, never can help but only have useless vertual-agent to keep asking question (3) the platform address of the accommodation is wrong and led to a wrong place (4) no check-in QR code and not allow to be in and wait for 4.5 hours to settle and checking in the place (5) Stay in Tower A, but car park arranged on Level 2 (level 2 only can go Tower B), we have to drag your own luggage from...

「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「Well, we tried to get in contact but never got a reply. We had made a booking error and booked for the wrong year (yes, our fault), but any communication just got ignored. We thus never made it there.」

「We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. 」
