Dear Hong Yu, Thanks for your review. We are more than happy to hear that you also have a good time at our villa except the electrical problem. As we have not reception area for check in so we may know some disadvantages when the guests arrive. So that we make a group chat to give the fully detail instruction for check in as well as some general information about the property needed when you stay with us. We run business almost 2 years and find that the way is also run well . Our staff available on side from 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM and our phone are also available 24/24 for any inquiries if any. We do apologize for the unexpected situation that may cause during your stay with us. Once finding the problem , we change to nicer and larger villa accordingly for safety purposes. We were grateful for your support in changing the villa at that time also We always try our best to provide the highest standard to the guests but sometimes problems happen without our expectation.

It is our pleasure to know that you had a pleasant stay at Vacation Homes Perfect Point Villa. Thank you for highlighting our room, facilities and services. The hotel team work hard every day to offer our guest a memorable stay and I am sure that they would feel extremely proud to receive your recognition and know that they were part of your memories.
