Checked in early, staff accommodated my request to be located on the same floor as my friend who checked in a few hours earlier. Very prompt and efficient room cleaning - room turned over within the time I had my breakfast. Lounge staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice views all around, bed was comfortable with a pillow menu, and TV had many movie channels to choose from.

Two thumbs up (times a hundred) for the front desk team! They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport! I can’t thank them enough and definitely will visit again!!!

It was a bit of misunderstanding on my check in but the hotel fixed it provided a city tour and transportation to the airport free of charge . The service is superb , the staff is amazing, friendly and very sweet. They offer me to upgrade me a better f Room but I decided to take the tour and the transport to the airport. This hotel is a paradise and 5 starts hotel !

Amazing Hotel, with one let-down.

A really good experience. Booked a "Club" room. Great breakfast and afternoon cocktails & snacks. The rest of the time a little disappointing as only small cookies available. Staff in the privilege lounge were excellent ! Very comfortable room with great views. Good gym and spa. Free shuttle to various parts of the city and beach. My only criticism is the outside appearance. Very grey, dreary building, with poor night-time lighting...looked more like it was lit for Halloween. This is one of the best Hotels in Danang, they need to show that better. Tour busses and taxis drop you at a sad looking side door, instead of the impressive front entrance..hardly a selling point.

I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much.
