Small private accommodation with a small pool and convenient location, only a 15 minute walk from the center. Not accessible, do not recommend if you have heavy luggage and/or elderly people. Rooms are grim, with no hairdryer, stained bedsheets and towels. Free bike rentals available. Hosts have good English, will offer private taxi service and but can come across as pushy. Livable accommodation if you want somewhere cheap to stay for a night or two.

Property is a beautiful ‘mansion’ & room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom is very basic but covers requirements. Good aircon & wifi. Pool is small but clean, & nice & cold after a hot day out & about. Host was lovely & available to answer queries, organise transport etc. This is a no-frills property ie no servicing of room for 2-night stay, which is perfectly fine considering the very cheap nightly rate. Property is approx 5-15 minute walk to the busy parts of Hoi An.

Don't expect much. The rooms are basic. You will need to ask for things like toilet paper and they will not provide fresh towels for subsequent nights. Wifi on the level I was on was just notconnected They do not make up the room nor do they remove rubbish However, if you don't mind all that, the location is a 10 mins walk to the edge of Hoi An old town centre .

UNE IMMENSE DÉCEPTION En résumé : - Chambre : humide, pas de ventilation, draps et serviettes humides / sales, papier toilette trempé, literie avec une odeur de moisi, murs imprégnés de moisissure. - Emplacement : à 20min à pied du vieux Hoi An, l’hôtel prête des vélos. Quartier calme. - Personnel : gérant intéressé bien que sympa au 1er abord mais manipulant la situation à son avantage. Prend les passeports et ne les rends pas immédiatement, propose un trajet en voiture afin de se rendre à notre prochaine destination pour au final nous faire venir un mini bus qui nous emmènera à un bus couchette.

Très bon séjour, allez y les yeux fermés

Merci beaucoup mon séjour a Hoi An tout était parfait, j'ai une grande chambre avec balcon qui donnait vu sur la ville et sur la piscine, l'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue donc même si vous êtes au centre de la ville les chambres sont très calme , le patron est adorable toujours le sourire, pas intrusif comme ça peut parfois arriver dans les homestay, rien a redire, c'est sur que si je reviens à hoi an je reviendrai dans cet hôtel

Alt i alt var det et fint ophold vi havde på Unity Villa. Hotellet er drevet af to brødre, hvoraf den ene er super venlig og imødekommende og gerne hjælper med at planlægge ture og andet. Den ældste er knapt så god til engelsk og har en dårlig attitude. Man havde lidt fornemmelsen af at den ældste forsøgte at lave mersalg, ved at anbefale nogle ture han selv fik profit af, leje knallerter ud til overpris og anbefale sin egen families butik. Værelset var rent, og rengøringspersonalet var rigtig søde. Der var lidt skimmelsvamp i hjørnerne, og skabet lugtede dårligt. Vandet fra bruseren løb ud over hele gulvet, pga manglende kant og hældning på gulvet. Sengen var pæn og ren. Badeværelset var rent og der var god plads på værelset.

Good value for money

The place represents good value for money. Well located (although not well sign posted) and easy walk into Old Town. The room was big, comfortable and the balcony was great. The small pool was also really well presented. Overall, the building and paintwork could do with some TLC as there was evidence of damp in places. This is more akin to a homestay, not a hotel, so don’t expect great service or attention.

Super hôtel villa à Hoi An

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Hôtel propre avec piscine, vélo à disposition. Idéalement bien placé, à 10 minutes de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Il est situé dans une rue calme.... Les vélos sont disponibles gratuitement pour se promener en ville, c'est très pratique. Il n'y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, donc c'est humide et ça reste mouillé longtemps.

Not a good location

Property was lovely with a nice little pool great on a hot day our room was on the first floor and had an enormous shower didn’t like the glass cubicle toilet though. The only other thing was there wasn’t much around that location bars restaurants etc and it was quite a walk into the old town.

Two star hotel with good location and old facility

The negative points are (1) noisy from early morning by people in pool side, (2) there are a lot of insects in the room and not so clean, (3) free bicycles are not maintained, (4) there is no view over the window even the website presents that the room has pool side view and balcony... On the other hand, the positive points are (1) the location of hotel is convenient to access to the ancient town and it takes around 15 minutes by walking from the hotel to ancient town, so it is convenient, (2) the room has enough space to relax, (3) the staff of hotel could arrange a taxi to go to Da Nang for reasonable price.

Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Hoi An, per il resto camere molto sporche (lenzuola, asciugamani e forte odore di muffa). Anche la pulizia della piscina lascia a desiderare. Per lo stesso prezzo si può trovare molto di meglio.

We stayed 2 nights at Unity Villa. The hotel itself is beautiful and seems quite new, but it is very simple. The bedroom was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I don't think it was cleaned while we were there, just after we left, which is ok for us since we stayed 2 nights only but some people may not like it, when we arrived it was cleaned. We needed a shower cap and it didn't have on the room amenities. We did not really interact with the hotel's staff, they didn't provide any information pr map of the city.The hotel seemed quite empty. The location is not great but it is in a walkeble distance from the old center so if you don't mind walking it is fine. One day we came back late from the centre and we had a bit of fear because the streets were so empty, so for a single girl or 2 girls I would not walk back if it is after 10pm - Vietnam is very safe, but anyways. They don't have breakfast included. We overall experience was ok to pleasant.

整體來說CP值還算高

房間大，簡單乾淨，離古城稍有段距離，但外面街上晚上頗熱鬧！唯一缺點是睡覺時間還聽的到別處傳來敲打的聲音

Great place within walking distance of middle of city. The rooms are big and the pool is clean. Bed was comfortable as well. Only downside to my stay was the Air conditioner was dripping water on the floor about five minutes after turning it on.
