This is an amazing property, we added on 3 nights to our stay on the coast and so happy we chose the Sheraton. It was quiet and relaxing, the staff were friendly and professional, very attentive to our needs. The food we had at the beachside restaurant was delicious and the pool was a show stopper. We were sad to leave but was the perfect way to end our time in Vietnam.

Great hotel. Huge pool, clean rooms, nice restaurantes, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Location is a little far from other sightseeing places, but can experience a relaxing vacation just staying at the hotel. Would definitely like to visit again.

Lovely property but what stands out its its level of service which put a smile from the getgo the moment i got off the taxi. A 6yr old property which is well maintain. only thing is you have to use Grab to wherever as with all the beachfront resorts along the stretch its further from the city area. room doors are a little thin so i hear my neighbour and its kids whenever the leave

We stayed at the resort from the 23rd to the 26th of October - and it has been the single greatest hotel experience we’ve ever had. My wife and I are from Australia, we have travelled to many destinations around the world over the past 10 years - and had many great hotel experiences, however nothing comes even remotely close to the one here at the Sheraton Grand. The facility was breath taking - though the staff deserve all the accolades and credit. From the welcome in the lobby, to the expert conversation on specialty coffees in the breakfast hall - there was never a dull moment. I’d name the staff one by one, but after a while i stopped taking names due to the fact that everyone was truly giving us a “5-star” experience. I could spend all day walking you through how Amazing everything was - but I simply don’t have enough time to cover everything. Do not think twice - this is THE BEST place to stay in all of South East Asia. I challenge you to prove me wrong!

The property was nice and clean. The area is next to a massive desert land . 20 mins drive to Da nang City centre or to Hoi An city centre. We paid too much taxi fare every time we traveled to either cities. There is almost nothing in walking distance from the hotel. The pool was nice، could be more convenient if there was toilets near the pool as well.

I wanted to use the beach area but there’s no umbrella nor lounge chairs on the beach, the chairs that were there aren’t really for lounging and there’s no covered shade. For a beach front property, this is unacceptable. The pool is very nice and large but overall the property doesn’t offer enough option what beach seekers. There are plenty of taxi or Grab but the property is in an area where there are no attractions nor market nearby. Food offered at the hotel is decent but nothing to brag about. The only pro is that the property is about 15-20 minutes taxi ride to Hoi An where there are lots of attractions and dining venues.

A midway break stopover between Hanoi and Saigon. We had travelled down on the night train for 17 hours so we needed a good rest! So relaxing we wished we had added another night. Close proximity to Hoi An is an additional attraction.

Very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff and service. Very clean rooms and hotel. Beautiful large pool, many activities for kids, swing at the pool was so pretty. The beach has some rubbish though. The food was slightly more expensive than eating out. The kids water area did not have water on our first 2 days and we didn’t know how to turn the water on. Saw other guests playing only when we checked out. Had a lovely time.

I booked a King room with pool view/ocean view. It was a beauty. You will enjoy and see the best of both views. Breakfast was good. But wish it would have at least 1 Da Nang known dish such as Mi Quang. One of the manager there Thu Le was wonderful. During breakfast, She greets all guests at each table and have a chat to make sure everything is good. Nhan at La Page Restaurant was extremely great and we’re giving us the best experience while we dine there. He was an exceptional and gave us the best service. By the way, the foods at LaPage Restaurant has best seafood platter and all other dishes. Must eat here!!!! Don’t waste your money to eat outside. Last but not least, all staff at Sheraton Grand were all giving great service and great hospitality. The hotel located just about 5-6 miles away from the main city.

Great family beach holiday hotel
We booked a family trip to Danang and chose Sheraton for its kids pool play area and infinity pool - both lived up to expectations, even if it does get a bit hot on sunny mornings as the resort gets the full brunt of the morning sun and there's not much cover around the pool. Staff are generally friendly - some stand outs were Ms Huong at the buffet breakfast who recommended F&B choices and remembered our family and stopped to talk, even when they were extremely busy; also the pool guard Mr Huong who helped set up our poolside dinner even though it was last order. Hotel food is pricey as expected (especially compared to outside options, but these are about 1/2 hour car ride away) but the quality is good - more Vietnamese/local choices would be appreciated rather than just Western style food.

My partner & I had a really good and comfortable stay here, the beach was the star, so clean and pristine! The only bad part of our stay is that there was a company event on one of the nights we were there. Set up a stage and blasted extremely loud music, so that was really unpleasant. Hotel gave a paper slipped under our door as a last minute notice. Not much around the hotel as well, it’s a 20-30 minute ride every time you want to head out for food. That said, we will return again still 😊

Excellent resort to start a girls trip at
My girlfriends and I decided to start our spring break at a resort to decompress from a very stressful 3rd quarter at our jobs, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The Sheraton Grand, despite not having many guests at the time, made us feel so welcome and appreciated. The grounds and facilities were in peak condition and the pool was absolutely wonderful. The food at La Plage restaurant was delicious (we ate dinner there both nights instead of going into Da Nang!) and the rooms were gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. The double beds in the 2-bed rooms were VERY appreciated. I'm tall and wide and having a double bed to sleep in instead of a twin made my stay that much more comfortable. The linens were so plush. I especially appreciated the full size towels at the pool! Speaking of the pool, as a water baby I could not have loved it any more. The resort had some pool floaties that me and the girls did funny photoshoots with and floated around on, and the infinity edge made for some gorgeous pictures. I live in Vietnam and will definitely be staying here again, probably a few times!

Sheraton Grand is everything you would expect from a hotel operated by the Marriott Group, and more! From the immaculate hotel grounds and amenities, the longest and most beautiful infinity pool in Da Nang, to some of the best and most attentive services, top notch food and beautiful, comfortable rooms. We stayed here for about 3 weeks, and would stay here again if we come back to Da Nang in the future.

big long pool was great, Kids club, Kids playground and water park for kids were great! The long layout of the entire hotel made it tedious to walk all the way to the lobby... restaurants were good quality and the service was courteous. Location of property is a bit inconvenient since its in the between daNang and HoiAn but nothing good in the intermediate area. Wish they had free shuttles. Wish the pool was heated. The room was adequate but the shower water tempurature can be erratic and get hot or cold all of the sudden. Overall we are happy with the location. I feel it should be cheaper based on the location and for what you can get with the competition.

Right on the water with a very clean pool. Staff is very attending to your needs. Good breakfast buffet and seaside restaurant is good too. The only downside is its not by anything, so no walking outside resort.

The rooms were spacious and bathroom had all we need. Kids loved the bathtube! The pool was amazing. Our kids absolutely loved it. The pool, the water park, the playground and the kids club. Happy kids made the time even more enjoyable

Everything was comfortable and staffs provided just the right level of kindness which was felt professional. Kids loved the pool, the beach and the kids room. So lovely... And the food was great, especially my parents loved the pool side restaurant La Plage.
