Terrible experience!

Because I was alone they gave me smaller room even though I paid for bigger one. After my complaints I got the room I paid for. The room was typical Vietnamese standard for that price, dirty bathroom. No see side. But the worse thing was that they lost my laundry, they did not care and were rude. Of course no refund not even "we are sorry". The location was OK. Close to the beach. The Wi-Fi works only in the morning.

Schlimmstes Hotel ever!
