No TV, no hot water, no sleep.

Helen was lovely but the TV in my room was broken. There was no hot water for a shower and there were cockerels in a cage 2ft from my wooden cabin that started crowing at 4.30am. I booked for 3 nights and checked out after one. Offered to pay for 2 nights and asked for refund on the third but the owner denied my request.
