Room was clean and comfortable. The room was on the side of the buildin so yes it had a sea view if you put your head out of the window. That said it also made for a quiet sleep in a massive, comfortable bed. All staff were very good and attentive and appeared to like practicing their English. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice but do not and did not expect English Breakfast. When i return to Danang will certainly use this hotel again

We stayed at the Parcel for nights. The front desk employees were very helpful. The room was amazing with a truly beautiful beach view on the balcony. The breakfast restaurant and staff were the best. Yume, Nora, Long, Dinh, Phong and all the others were so kind. Yume the restaurent hostess was so helpful. She gave us ideas for an itinerary with great success. She also gave for our next stop after leaving Danang which was Hoi An. David and Ariel

The room was spotless and the cleaning staff were great at keeping everything spotless. However, what really stood out was the Night Porters ‘Ha and Kha”: they went above and beyond in terms of service. I couldn’t find anything to eat after a late night walk, and after being turned away from 3 places, Kha, not only ordered for me using his Grab account, but went to pick it up, when the delivery driver refused to deliver. I was blown away by this level of service. Both Ha and Kha, stayed with me and talked while I ate and afterward. As a small business owner these are the types of personalities that I would promote to management. The Paracel is lucky to have such amazing people working for them, and would consider booking again at Paracel for their contribution alone. Give these guys a raise. They should be running the hotel in 10 years. I worked as a tour Manager in Europe for 10 years with Contiki Tours and have never seen this level or service. Totally amazing! Wow!

Am glad that I chose to stay at the Paracel Beach Hotel when there are numerous (newer - established - brand name) hotels along this main road across from the beach. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful - speaking English well enough to communicate without using a translation app. Every morning I was greeted with a big welcoming smile before heading towards the breakfast buffet which provided more than enough to accommodate all dietary needs. Food was frequently replenished and made-to-order food (ie. eggs, pho) was also available. Special attention was always given by Nguyen Long and her co-workers, Dung, Ngan, Dinh, and Phong. The cost to transfer from the airport to hotel should be 150,000 vnd. Great location: close to the crosswalk for the beach, countless restaurants, unlimited centres for spa treatments. Each morning I looked forward to watching the sun rise across the South China Sea from my bed through the open balcony doors. My concerns about hotel cleanliness and outside noise (traffic, people/music, bars/restaurants) in my room were unwarranted. In my perfect world: - I’d prefer Housekeeping to start cleaning earlier (in the morning). But then, vacationers are usually away from their rooms in the afternoon. - I’d prefer more English-speaking television stations. But again, vacationers are not staying in their rooms to watch tv. Other than the above-noted, it was a perfect 9-day hotel stay in DaNang.
