This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services.

Great location. Good walk to market area with lots to look at on the way. Pool was fantastic as was the room we stayed in. What a great view over the rice paddies looking towards Da Nang. Well worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lasenta Boutique Hotel Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff An, Leo and Paul were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Bellboy Alex was also very helpful ensuring fast handling of all our luggages as there were 12 of us in my party. Not only were the front desk staff efficient and professional, but they also went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any inquiries I had, they were always ready to assist with a positive attitude.Furthermore, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stay. The exceptional service provided by the front desk staff truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Not to far from town if you don’t mind the heat (15 min slow walk). But they do have a free bus to town and back 4times a day. Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would recommend . Bring bug spray as near rice fields got bitten quite a bit But nothing to do with hotel. We had a great stay.

We stayed at Lasenta Boutique Hotel 7 years ago during our honeymoon trip to Hoi An. We've enjoyed it so much that this time around, we returned with our 2 children. Greeted us at the lobby was the same receptionist (Ann) from our previous trip!!! Our room was clean and had great view (half city half rice field), breakfast was included and delicious. Enjoy free shuttle to the ancient town and the beach. I highly recommend booking car rides with the hotel for airport pickup/drop-off in advance, as well as for other destinations you might have such as Ba Na Hills. All of the staffs were kind and professional. Thanks Lasenta team for being part of our memorable vacation :)

The Vietnamese food we ordered for lunch/dinner was below par but luckily the chef's spaghetti with tomato sauce was good. Aspects of service were below par eg no milk and black tea when they boast of free coffee and tea making in the room. Luckily that their staff member - Ann made sure she took care of us when I needed a doctor's visit and also arranged for the bus to wait for us at the beach as we wanted to see the beach but not to hang around for too long. Efforts by the kitchen to arrange for congee for me was most appreciated but I wish they knew how to provide the normal condiments as well. The staff has very limited English and this partly explained why they were unable to serve us better. But when they know how eg m husband needed a softer bed, they did their very best to make it happen. Thank you for this. The place is very safe and the staff members are trustworthy and vigilant of the safety of their guests. I felt we were in good hands under their care. This, I thank you.

The hotel for us in Hoi An
We really enjoyed our time at Lasenta for 4 nights of our Asia adventure. It is situated next to the beautiful rice fields, which provide a lovely scene. It’s also not far from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and less than 10 minutes drive from An Bang Beach. The hotel kindly provide a free shuttle service and bicycles for guests to use. In the hotel, you’ll find clean and comfortable rooms, with balconies and a cosy feel. They were a good size and we were impressed with the eco friendly efforts with a water jug and clear toilet/sheet policies. The pool area was lovely and the infinity pool was great although quite cold at times. The whole hotel is decorated with fountains, foliage and tasteful artwork, which made it nice to explore. The breakfast was good and had a good selection which varied each day. The pho and egg station were a great addition. We have to mention the amazing staff too. Very friendly and smiley. James was a superstar at check in and we were helped by some wonderful people behind reception to book tours and get help with our room door. All in all, we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better for our stay in Hoi An.

A clean hotel with good and attentive service. Nice infinity pool overlooking paddy field. Punctual complimentary bus service to beach and central market area. Decent breakfast. All for a very reasonable price.

We called this our heaven in Hoi An. We absolutely loved the week we stayed here. The hotel is beautiful with many plants and an open atrium. Loved the design esthetics! Our room was large and very comfortable. We had many meals and drinks here and they we all excellent. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. But the best had to be the view of the rice fields from our room and the pool. So peaceful. And last but not least we really appreciated our treatments at their spa. We will return and will stay even longer!

Perfect!
Lasenta was perfect! A beautiful property in an ideal location (about a 20 min walk from ancient town, away from the hustle bustle). We used the shuttle with ease to go to town and to the beach (An Bang, where the hotel had their own private section). We borrowed the hotels bikes and rode through the rice fields just across the street. The best coffee we had was at a coffee shop immediately next to the hotel. The spa treatment was AMAZING! Finally, the staff was so kind and attentive! Don’t stay anywhere else in Hồi An!

The Hotel is spotless and in a great location overlooking rice fields. Our room was huge and also had a balcony overlooking the rice fields. Pool is also excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bikes and had a great time cycling through the rice fields and to the beach. Overall a lovely hotel.

We had a room overlooking the rice fields and it was a stunning view. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Pool could be a bit warmer and the walls were a bit thin but overall a great location if you want to avoid being too close to the business of the old town. Lots of fantastic restaurants near by.

The view over the rice paddies was amazing. Our room was clean and large and the hotel amenities were all great. The free bikes were good for exploring the city. We also booked a tour and an airport transfer through the hotel, and these both went smoothly. We would stay here again if we are ever in Hoi An.

This property is in a great location and so close to Old Town. They have bikes to use free of charge. Right outside the front door you can drop off laundry and also rent a scooter for $7/a day. The night market is so much fun. Lots to see and do. The hotel rooms are large and modern. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Staff were very helpful.

Love love this place. It’s my favorite hotel in Vietnam hands down. I’ve been to Vietnam multiple times and wish I was able to stay longer in Hoi An. Will definitely come back to Hoi An just to stay in this hotel!!! This is the first time I don’t have any complaints. There isn’t anything to improve. The staff are so polite and so professional. There’s restrooms everywhere you needed it. The property is well kept and so clean. The koi pond in the middle is especially beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of working elevators so there’s never a long wait to get anywhere. The pool! Oh the pool, the most spectacular view. Clean, had everything you need. Rooms were spaces and beds were perfect firmness, not too soft and not too hard. Linens were cleaned and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Oh and the free use of bicycles is one of my favorite! No hassles whatsoever to use them. This is a great service offered and I hope it stays forever. We had a clogged toilet, call the staff and within 10 mins, a lady came and fixed it. We exchanged currency here and felt the exchange rate was fair and didn’t feel scammed. The convenient and the fact that the staff showed us the exchange rate on the computer monitor makes us feel comfortable. I double checked the rates online of course. Book this hotel, don’t hesitate! If you are used to all the amenities in a 3-4 stars hotels in the US or anywhere, you will like this place.

Peaceful place to stay in a quiet area about 10-15 minute walk from Old Town. The hotel also provides free shuttles multiple times per day to Old Town as well as the nearby beach (which I highly recommend!). Food and drinks are pricey here, plenty of options basically next door that are more affordable. Hotel provides free bicycles as well!
