Anna and Mien are Stars! They are so professional, courteous, polite and are very good at making suggestions and seeting up rides for the next adventure. I love that area in Hoi An and I put many miles on my running sneakers! Great room to stay in. The Old Town locals get up early and I like that. Anna and Mien are great conversationalists. Very kind and great sense of humor! Thank you Anna and Mien. Jim V

The staff were lovely and welcoming. They gave us ideas of things to do and offered to book us taxis or arrange trips. The hotel was great and good and excellent value. It was right in the heart of the town and just minutes from the river

The owner was so lovely and goes out of her way to help. Breakfast was small but had everything you need. Would definitely stay again when in Hoi An.

位置非常方便，床和枕頭也舒適。職員也熱情，希望提供幫忙。 只是花灑當天壞了，電視也看不到，請職員跟進，原來晚上十點後，留守的職員不懂英文，溝通唔到，幫不上忙，熱水供應也不穩定，泳池當天也壞了沒開放。最重要是下午五時後，車子不能停在酒店門口接客人，要步行出外與司機匯合，有點不方便，而且要多預點時間。

Considering all of conditions,it's affordable to stay. The location was very good and it's very easy to explore to most of the major places on foot.The building was not new but was properly maintained. Both of the receiptionists are nice and made some arrangements smoothly.I enjoyed the conversation with them.too. I heard some noise from the next room but it didn't make so much issues. One thing to raise the negative point is no partaion between my room and the next room at the barchony.

Bon accueil a l'arrivée bonne humeur dans l'hotel très bonne renseignement autour dans la ville très bon contact avec le personnel la responsable Anna très joyeuse j'ai envie de revenir pour un prochain voyage
