Friendly staff, they go the extra mile. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Close to a number of excellent coffee shops and 5 minute walk to the beach or grocery stores or restaurants.

Loved this place ! The studio was incredibly modern and well laid out. It's a new property so everything is well kept and clean. It's very close to the beach but a bit far from the centre of town where all the cheaper food options are. The property also had a small pool and sauna. The place was pretty much empty when we were there so we could enjoy it all to ourselves.

John Boutique Villa is spectacular! The staff were beyond helpful and so nice! The room was very clean and cozy. But the highlight was the indoor/outdoor pool and all the plants everywhere made it a fun experience!

Good experience overall, room was clean and comfortable and had some nice extras like a kitchenette with sink, cups, plate and utensils for eating. It’s close to the beach, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Real good value for money
For that price, this is excellent! Quiet, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. The size is petite as the name of the hotel suggests. The pool is right in the lobby. Breakfast features amazing fruit. Setting is compact but it is enjoyable and there is wifi everywhere. Rooms are air-conditioned. There are mosquitoes though.

A wonderful and unique small hotel with modern conveniences and amazing location. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast could be a little better, and the lemongrass smell in the rooms were a bit strong. But for the price and location it was great.

Wonderful, Lovely and Warm
Very impressed by the staffs, they are very nice and helpful. Great smile and warm service. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, lovely environment with lots of greenery and great scent in the room. The breakfast was amazing, I love the pancake and iced black coffee so much! The free footbath was relaxing with all those fresh herbs! However, the shampoo dispenser at my room really need to be renewed.

Excellent service .
Excellent service . All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, you will feel like staying in a family oriented small hotel. I received a well-packed local coffee from the lady staff as well after checking out :) The room is quite comfortable and clean with modern design.

First time was great....second time was a fiasco
Careful...they canceled two confirmed reservations...one through Hotels.com and one through another aggregator. When I raised a fuss about it being a "confirmed" reservation they said they were already full. They found an alternative hotel....but funnily enough, the front check in clerk told me that there is some relationship between the original hotel, John Boutique Villa, and the on they put me in instead. Then, as if to try and make matters even more difficult, the car that John Boutique Ville arranged to take me to the airport didn't show up. I used Grab taxi instead. I've stayed at John Boutique Villa once before and it was a delight.....hence the return. However this time was a complete fiasco and unorganized.

Very nice staffs! Great breakfast. Location is good. Room is very clean. Power outage on a morning & housekeeping opened door with "do not disturb" sign on door was a glitch. Very good overall , we had pleasant stay :)

We booked a superior studio Apartment and it said ocean view ! Forget the ocean view unless you cut the trees in the distance down. There's plenty of construction going on in front of the hotel and it's views are being restricted very quickly, I booked a sea view and expected a sea view. The rooms are nice clean modern and well equipped in all fairness, the king size bed was very comfy but one side had no walk around room it was against the bathroom wall, another silly irritation was the in room safe, it wasn't fitted to anything so you can put it in your luggage and walk off with it. Our room 302 had a nice small balcony over looking the street and in the distance behind trees a almost sea view. The swimming pool is tiny and surrounded by hotel reception, dining area, lifts and a big wall, not something I would have bothered with. Breakfast was limited but serviceable, I'm not a fan of hot dog sausage for breakfast and the bacon was more of a pepperoni type than traditional bacon. All in all and to be fair the hotel is clean modern well looked after and the staff are very friendly and want to help you, we got a car from reception to Ba Na Hills and the golden bridge and it was cheaper than a taxi ( which are very cheap . Hotel is a very short walk from the beach and beach from shops and restaurants.

Why stay anywhere else?
This hotel is awesome! It’s located in a great area: near the beach, spas, and lots of restaurants. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a small boutique hotel and the breakfast was amazing!!

Overall fantastic. Suggestion to improve pillow firmness. Staff are great to assist. Breakfast was good spread despite this is boutique hotel. Very good window sound insulation. The owner was very kind to offer local coffee farewell gift on the last day and staff also collect customer review.

Fantastic little hotel
We stayed here with our 2 kids for 3 nights. The hotel was fantastic. The beds were super comfy, the shower was the best so far in Vietnam. The pool was small but adequate for our kids to have a cool down and the free massage chair by the pool was great bonus. The hotel is a 5 min walk from a lovely beach where we spent a lot of our time. The staff were extremely helpful in booking attractions and transfers etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hospitality and clean facilities
I stayed this hotel with my wife for the last 2 days in Da Nang. The room was very clean and enough large for 2 people. Hotel staffs have excellent hospitality, and we are welcomed with drink and fruits at check-in. Beaches are very close to hotel and it takes only 5 minutes by walk, however we need to take taxi or bicycle to go to downtown of Da Nang. Because the hotel has a pool with open ceiling in the center, little bit noisy if someone uses pool, but it was acceptable. After we checked out, we left baggage at the front and came back in the evening. At that time, they kindly welcomed us with drink and fruits even though we had already checked...it was very impressive for us. Although this hotel is not EXPENSIVE resort hotel, but we were very satisfied with their professional hospitality and service.

I like the location, love the staff, they are they best!!! They go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The hotel is really cute, comfortable rooms and clean. Our breakfast was included and it was tasty and fast. The only thing I could find wrong with the hotel was, that is not right in front of the beach and we thought it was when we booked it... but it is only 5 minutes walk and transportation is really easy. The area is in the middle of construction, but so is all Da nang. However, the hotel is not noisy. I would stay here I enjoyed my stay at the John Boutique Villas.

Nice and friendly hotel with amazing staff
We stayed 4 nights in john boutique. Location is good near the beach but in a quiet area, with restaurant and spa around. The hotel is really nice with a lot of green and modern decoration! Unfortunately a lot of construction around so very noisy. We would appreciated if the hotel could inform in advance or mentioned in the booking. (but this is the case for most of the hotel in Da nang, with construction around the beach area). Another thing for the breakfast would be great to have maybe more choice for westerners Such as muesly/cereale would be appreciated. Overall we really like our time there, all the staff are wonderful, with a lot of attentions. Thanks to the team for the welcome!

처음엔 사진에 비해 약간 실망했었는데.. 베트남 다른 숙소에 비해선 꽤나 훌륭하다는 걸 알게 되었습니다. 또한 직원들 예절에 너무나도 감동했습니다. 택시 타고 도착하자마자 버선 발로 맞이하러 와서 짐을 들어주고, 물을 대접해주고 또 친절한 설명에 체크아웃할 때에는 불편한 점은 없었는지 물어보면서 베트남 커피도 번들로 받았네요. 시설도 인테리어도 분위기도 좋았습니다. 창 밖 너머엔 미케비치도 빼꼼 보였네요. 가격대비 훌륭하고 편하게 묵고 간 숙소 ^^

wonderfull!
Such a nice place to stay. I have absolutely no complaints. Really enjoyed free bicycles. Enough hot water, wifi worked, AC worked and everything was as promised.

합리적인 가격과 매우 친절한 직원들
아주 친절한 직원들 덕분에 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치도 미케비치에서 도보 5분이내로 가깝고 주변에 식당도 제법 많습니다. 바로 앞에 있는 카페 코코넛 커피도 맛있고요 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 친절한 직원들입니다.
