Room was ok, walls were a bit thin, could hear people talking and moving around. Breakfast was good, area was good. The pool was excellent, best we've came across in two months traveling in South East Asia.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The spa and restaurants were wonderful, offering plenty of options to enjoy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—I couldn’t have been happier with the service. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect for our first stay in Da Nang - location was amazing with a close walk to restaurants and the beach, the staff were so friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Da Nang :)

Great location, loads of dining options. Staff were very accommodating in supplying us with a king bed when I accidentally booked for 2 x singled. Only minor negative was the door to the balcony was difficult to open. Breakfast was ok, but there are also plenty of cheap options for breakfast nearby.

Really good hotel. Rooftop pool is excellent (when I visited it was not the time of year for going for swimming in the sea). Room was large, comfy & clean with a great shower. Staff were really helpful & polite.

The perfect stay

My stay was simply perfect. I was picked up from the airport, the driver was friendly and the car was nice. I ordered roomservice my first day, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was good and the service throughout the whole stay was very good. Had an issue in the bathroom, my last day which the crew resolved straight away with no problems. The room was big and nice, I got a bed upgrade as well. Next time I visit Da Nang, I will definitely stay at the Golden Lotus Grand.
