A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great villa and private pool set up and approx 15mins car ride to both Da Nang and Hoi An so lots of great options to enjoy and explore. We went snorkelling to Cham Islands and thoroughly recommend also.

夫婦2人、子供2人で、2BRを利用しました。ヴィラも敷地内全てが綺麗にされていて、スタッフもフレンドリーで、とても素晴らしいステイができました。キッズクラブ もあり、参加する事でスタンプを集めて、それを景品に変えることができるので、子供達も目標をもって積極的にアクティビティに参加して、楽しんでいました。場所的には、ダナンとホイアンの中間地点なので、ホテルステイをメインで、日帰りで名所観光もしたいという場合にいいと思います。 ただヴィラ内にキッチンがあるのですが、カトラリーや食器、それを洗う洗剤などは常備されてなかったです。選択肢は少ないですが、ホテル内にレストランもあるし、ルームサービスもできるので、敷地内で子供達とゆっくり過ごす事もできました。またダナンに行く時にはぜひ利用したいと思います。

Amazing Resort and Staff
This resort is the absolute BEST!! The villa, amenities, etc. are world class but the best part of all is the staff. They are beyond amazing. I have too many stories that I don’t have enough room to tell here about how the staff went above and beyond in all situations. Alex and Chris especially were just incredible. Could not believe how much they showed that everyone truly cared about our stay and making it special. The beach was so beautiful and perfect. We traveled with four kids under the age of 10 and they all had the best time. We will be going back for sure. Thank you for the best stay!!

Old, outdated 3 star resort at most
We just came back from the worst family holiday ever. We had to cut short our trip by a day as my older son had food poisoning after eating their welcome fruit plate. Whilst the staff were empathetic it completely ruined the entire holiday as we couldn’t do anything. The kids club is so so basic that my kids weren’t even interested to go in. The restaurant is so outdated and the menu is so bizarre. Nothing like a beach resort at all. Villa was huge but you can’t use the kitchen and all drawers are empty. No towels when you need them. This is definitely NOT a Marriott standard hotel. It’s 3 stars at most. Flooring tiles are loose, stained furniture and just everything has a very old, outdated feel to it. The telephone was broken and took ages for them to fix. The worst is their kids menu. The staff is unable to create somerting simple to provide to kids. English level of staff is awful. We went to the Hyatt regency for dinner and it was so much better. Just the whole atmosphere was more modern and price wise, aroind the same. Do not make the mistake and fall for the trap that this is a Marriott beach resort. It isn’t!!

Amazing resort, best we have ever stayed at. The villas are amazing; luxurious marble opulence with the amazing reverse l shape pool. Monsoon restaurant and pool is stunning. Buffet breakfast was sensational so much variety for all nationalities! We are Europeans and loved it. We will definitely be back with entire family. Villas have downstairs bedroom which was perfect for my elderly parents. Many thanks, we really appreciated everyone’s hospitality.

Vinepearl defines luxury. The property was well kept. The private pool was clean. The villa was spacious. Staff was helpful. I didnt feel good one day and called the front desk to see where the closet pharmacy was and to my surprise they have nurses on call. They sent 2 nurses to my villa and checked me out. They really have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Food at the buffet did not disappoint. The staff that were giving us buggy rides remembered our name by the second time they picked us up. Beach is super clean, there was hardly anyone there. Felt like we had it to ourselves. Super friendly. Would stay here again.

I was so disappointed in my stay with Vin Pearl. I had stayed before and was so impressed with the incredible property. Apparently part of the Vin Pearl has just been bought out by Marriott—-the luxurious parts!!—-Yet the Vin Pearl sign still hangs over that newly bought entrance way too! The Vin Pearl Resort and Spa now offers a really crappy dining room , an ugly bar with stained furniture, and One pool that is like a condo community pool—soccer net and basket ball hoop at each corner. My accommodations had a huge stain on my bedroom carpet and my patio door had been forced open and would not lock without maintenance coming. I brought my sister here for her 60th birthday because the Vin Pearl had been so glorious before. I’m still in disbelief because I feel they misrepresented themselves on the web site—cross-posting pictures from the other Vin Pearl grounds that are no longer owned by Vin Pearl! This resort’s amenities are now run-down and no where you want to stay after flying across the world. The manager was the worst of all…very unhelpful. At one point the staff called our room to see if they could bring tea for us as compensation for misrepresenting their new lackluster resort.

Blew our mind
I never would’ve expected that a non international establishment to have such high standards. The Villa we stayed was fabulous, the front desk was prompt, the buggy service was efficient and very friendly. However, language is an issue, the hotel staff struggles with English language, but then again, they are extremely patient and accommodating, so it’s still great in the end! :)

체크인할때 객실당 숙박인원을 직원이 숙지하지 못해, 소아 요금이 부과된다는 고지를 여러차례함. 리셉션에서 환전이 안됨. 2번 시도했으나, 항상 현금이 없다는 얘기를 함. 호텔에서 환전이 안되는 경험은 여기가 처음이었음. ATM도 1km 떨어져 있는 곳에 위치. 온가족이 오기에 객실 크기나 상태는 만족이나 위 부분에서 조금 불편하였음.

Nice cozy place with friendly staff. A bit dated. Wear and tear in progress. Location is not ideal. There is nothing but the hotel in the neighborhood. Staff are friendly but their english speaking ability was poor. Language barrier was tough especially when I needed something via phone.

Thank You to the amazing staff of the Vinpearl Resort and Spa. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. There was a problem with our original Villa, management moved us to another Villa and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Our daughter was sick during our stay and the clinic accompanied to the hospital to help translate for us. The buffet breakfast is extensive in what is offered and delicious. The hotel car which we used for a trip to Ba Na Hills is extremely comfortable, the driver very safe and healthy. The hotel also provides water and free wifi during the transfer. Thank you for a great stay.

One of the things that surprised me was that all the employees always smiled and said hello as they walked past, and you could tell they were real smiles, which was really nice. There was definitely a bit of a language barrier, but everyone was helpful and kind. My son sprained his ankle a little before our vacation, and they provided a wheel chair to make walking around easier and offered to help bring him food during the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner). There was a lot of variety in the buffets, and my 3 kids all enjoyed themselves. It was a great trip, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious 2bedroom villa with decent size of private pool. Hotel staffs are all nice and friendly. Not many restaurants choice in the hotel, we had to go to city to eat often. Because this hotel located in resort area, need to get some transportation to do sightseeing.
