A little distant but great coffee

A bit of a walk from the main area of Hoi An. No onsite restaurant, the place they suggested nearby was an obvious tourist trap and not very good. People running the place were very friendly. Hotel seemed clean. Breakfast was quite limited, but made-to-order. Absolutely delicious coffee!

I love to stay here. My family love this villa. Family friendly. The room is clean and very spacious. Good for a big family. I like the connecting room. I like the place so quiet at night. The person in the lobby give you a free ride. Hot meal at breakfast. Swimming pool is good. People are very hospitable. Affordable prices!!!

Interesting town

Hotel owner couple is very friendly, willing to assist on our requests. Location is not far from the ancient town, quiet and safe to walk around.

Nice villa

The villa is located in quite area and room condition is very nice. And the owner of the villais very friendly and kind. It takes about 15minutes to main tourist attractions on foot.

This was a neat, small, modern property cool, clean and lovely staff. My only criticism is that you had to pre select your breakfast the night before and the choice was from a menu of about eight items.

The owners were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They had motorbikes and bicycles on site to rent from which was very convenient. Spacious room, good breakfast, and loved their iced coffee. They even picked up some banh mi for us upon our request for departure. Overall great service!

A fantastic small family hotel,

A fantastic small family hotel, where the host couple were extremely friendly and helpful. They do everything to ensure that the guests have a good stay. For example, we were picked up in their private car from somewhere in the city and driven to the hotel. We were driven to the beach, to tailors in the old town, help to book a private driver who drove us to our next stop. On the trip to Hue, we stopped at the Marble Mountains. A place worth visiting. We also stopped at a beautiful lake. All this was arranged by our host couple. We give them our very best recommendations. Definitely a good place to live.

We arrived at the property one late evening, a day after a massive typhoon swept through. We had travelled long and had 2 very tired and hungry kids ... there was a massive power outage at the property and in all the immediate surrounding areas. In all, it was pitch black ..... We could not stay at the property for obvious reasons but the owner, Tan, was extremely generous and compassionate. He took us in, made us comfortable with what little he had and took me around patiently on his motorbike to find other hotels in the nearby town where there was power, while my family waited in his home. After helping to secure a room, he transported us and our luggage to the hotel in his car. He refused anything we would offer as a gesture of thanks, wished us well and went on his way. He also promptly refunded all monies paid to secure his property. Our biggest regret was not being able to return his generosity. It was an absolutely amazing start to what could have been a tough stay given the typhoon devastation - I am sure his property would have been exactly as how it is depicted in Expedia. I hope we can return the kindness with a long stay in the future. Hoi An is a absolute 'must see' place (typhoon or not) - rich tapestry of history, culture and cuisine.

조식은 몇가지 중 선택이지만 먹어보는 순간 왠만한 음식좀 및 부페를 띄어넘어요. 아이들도 좋아하고요. 제가 다치니깐 오토바이류 약국에도 데려다 주셨어요~^^ 그만큼 가격대비 친절, 음식,모두 만족합니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 냉장고에서 냄새나요.ㅠㅠ

Virkelig lækkert ophold, virkelig virkelig virkelig søde værter som virkelig var rare at bo hos! God lokation, lidt væk fra centrum med stadig 10/15 min gå gang fra Old town. Vi var meget glade for det!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem wärmsten empfehlen. Wir wurden super herzlich Empfangen und man sieht, dass die ganze Gamilie tatkräftig mitarbeitet. Das Hotel ist klein aber sehr schön. Wir bekamen das schönste und grösste Zimmer. Das Frühstück war aussreichend, man konnte am Abend vorher a la cart auswählen. Zur Altstadt hat man nur ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Gratis Fahrradverlei im Hotel. Div Ausflugsmöglichkeitrn und Tipps werden vom Hotel organisiert. Wir haben die Cookingclass gemacht und diese war super. Ein grosses Dankeschön!

Nicht buchen!!! BETT WAR NICHT FRISCH BEZOGEN!!! Beim Betreten des Zimmers viel uns sogleich auf, dass das Duvet (Bettbezug), welches eigentlich weiss war, teilweise gelblich war und entsprechend nicht frisch gewaschen aussah und roch. Leider bestätigte sich unser Verdacht! Wir hatten um 12:00 Uhr ausgeckeckt und weil es mir gesundheitlich nicht gut ging, waren wir bereits um 12:10 wieder im Hotel und fragten, ob wir nochmal in das Selbe Zimmer gehen dürfen. Die Frau an der Reception sagte, dass das Zimmer schon geputzt worden sei, wir aber trotzdem wieder rein gehen können (haben nochmals 1 Nacht bezahlt). Nicht ganz unerwartet stellten wir fest, dass der Bettbezug nicht gewechselt wurde, da der eine Fleck auf dem Bettbezug immer noch am selben Ort war. Nur die Duschtücher wurden gewechselt. Sehr, sehr schade, denn das Personal war sonst sehr zuvorkommend. Aber das mit der Bettwäsche geht gar nicht!!!

This is very nice family run hotel. They are very kind and helpful. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old town and market. I would definitely stay here again.
