"The hotel is perfectly located for tourist stuff. Super safe, staff great But my favorite was Robin , at house keeping. He was very helpful, always available it I needed towels or anything'. And did it all with a smile!!!!!"

"Very well located hotel, within walking distance from Suria KLCC and Pavilion shopping centres, as well as the KL Tower and Bukit Bintang. Also connected via L1 to Menara Hap Seng, which contains a FamilyMart convenience store and Guardian pharmacy. Large, clean and comfortable room and shower. 2L free drinking water provided daily - very helpful. Free coffee pods (Lavazza) also much appreciated. I look forward to returning."
