"Every staff member went out of their way to act like a dick. They were absolutely horrid to speak with. Renovations were cheap and lacking. Shower had nowhere to place soaps/shampoo. No coffee maker in unit, which is a very basic minimum to expect in any hotel room. Sheets were stiff and thin, pillows were deflated and sad. But hey, there were like 17 new LED lights installed in random spots around the room so they at least spent money on that. "

"My stay was awesome, quiet the staff was very helpful did my laundry and it was cheap $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry. Plus breakfast was a verity of delicious food. Would definitely recommend this Best Western Breakfast & hotel to you"

"From the personal welcome by Isabelle to departure this boutique hotel is amazing! Upon arrival I was served proseco and walked to my room. It was clean, fab bathroom, robes …all of it great. A mini breakfast (yogurt, muffin, coffee, juice was also included). The rooftop bar and view of ocean cant be beat."

"The property is being redone and looks much better . The water pressure is amazing ! That said if you care about your money don’t stay here . They took my deposit . Saw it come out of my account as I showed the very rude desk girl immediately ( she claimed they didn’t get it but gave us the room anyway ) . As of 2 weeks later according to my bank the hotel still hasn’t released my deposit of $125.00 . And extremely rude when I ask about it "

"Clean, spacious room. The shower was amazing- the water pressure was perfect. Fitness center was efficient and clean (a bit warm so maybe put in some AC). Breakfast included- delicious! The staff are all friendly and professional. We had a beautiful view of the ocean right from our balcony. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Our second stay and will not be our last! "
