"Overall efficient check-in, good location for downtown and beach front. However, we had a room on the 7th floor and the elevator only ran to 6. Not good. Circuitous route, stairs!"

"Amazing venue, clean and tidy with friendly staff and good food choices. Breakfast was good, only complaint was that the mattresses felt budget which was a shame considering the rest of the room was lovely. Didn’t sleep so well because of mattress but this may just be our preferences, other than that a great stay."

"Sadly disappointing stay compared to my last stay. The room was small, the floorboards were so creaky and loud. I couldn't even walk from one side of the room to the other without the loudest creaking. I was woken by a couple arguing, shouting and banging on my first morning and the second morning, I was woken by the shower spotlight fitting loudly dripping water constantly whilst the occupants above were showering. The bed was also far too hard my hips were hurting. Staff are lovely but I won't be staying again."

"For the price you pay it’s not up to standard. You are better off going to the travel lodge over the road. Only good thing about the stay was breakfast and where the hotel is. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Had to be moved rooms due to the filth that was in the room. If you’re staying on the first floor all you can hear is people above. Cleaners and manager need a talking too. The head board was thick with dust and there’s only one thing splattered on that head board, it’s disgusting. I’ll be contacting head office. Not acceptable."

"I was looking for a convenient place to stay near Brighton, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the free on-street parking nearby was a real bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay."

"Bec (the manager) was so helpful and such a lovely person, anything that you asked or needed wast no problem for her. The room was amazing and spotlessly clean. Clair who was running the bar made me the best black Russian cocktail that I have ever had in my life!!! Will definitely be going back to stay with them. John"
