"I don't know where the revieves of this hotel came from. The photos are not recent. The room was without a chair to sit on, the desk chair is broken, lamp shades are broken, half the lights don't work. The bed was the best thing in the room. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast was pathetic. No eggs, no fruit, nothing sugar free, orange juice was more like orange drink, and the coffee was not good. This is a great place to stay if you are running from the law and would like to join a cookout. Several grills sitting outside many of the doors. I would not recomend this hotel for families and I will not stay here again. In fact, my next night was going to be another Day's Inn, now it is not. "

"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that either. The whole point was for me to work and relax. However, I could do neither. I eventually ended up just leaving the hotel at like 2am. Never had such a terrible experience with a hotel. I’m not blaming the staff. I honestly think the issue was beyond them. I have never had a hotel where the room key never worked and they had to use a machine to let me in "

"Room was clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance, reported to front desk upon checkout. Couldn’t get TV to work, got new remote from desk still didn’t work. Front desk offered to come to room to fix it but I declined. Public areas were spotless and welcoming"

"The room had a weird smell staff was nice though breakfast was not good"

"We're on a family road trip and had a "spillage issue" that required laundering a big body pillow that couldn't be done in a standard washer/dryer. The staff went above and beyond to help us get it clean and dry using their commercial laundry machine. They were incredibly kind and super helpful! So thankful!!"
