"The “luxury suite” was nice unfortunately only half the shower head functioned and all of the beds were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. The slide at the pool was not working so the kids were disappointed. The valet, check in staff, and waiters by the pool were friendly but other staff looked miserable. ..."
