「One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management.」

Unfortunately we couldn’t get another room til next day -we kept asking for the manager but never got a chance to speak with her. 「The breakfast was days old .muffins or creal. The milk was sour. The coffee machine was okay.」

「Not as nice as it used to be. Putting a stair step in the room to get into the high bed seems like the sensible thing to do. Breakfast was cold and not what you would expect from a good b &b. Better at a Waffle House by far. Will not stay again and do not recommend for seniors. Steep stairs might be challenging to some seniors.」

「It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one.」
