"The pictures are nothing like the actual place. It’s dirty, smells horrible, they never seem to empty their dumpster, literal trash everywhere, people loitering all day and night. Their rooms are hot, humid, and smell of stale cigarettes (even the non-smoking), they have duct tape holding up their ceilings and mirrors, there’s hundreds of thumbtacks on the walls for some reason, the floors in the rooms are dirty and full of hair, and the walls are an unnaturally stained yellow. It was so bad we had to leave and end our stay two days early. They said they would refund the unused days but never did. Just lied and took our money."

"I really wanted to give this hotel a 10 as we walked in the lobby looked nice and clean check in was a breeze the attending clerk was friendly. We used the elevator to get to our room it definitely needs a deep cleaning I thought ok maybe the clean at night when there’s less traffic coming and going, nope the next morning and for the rest of the 2 days we stayed it was very dirty. As far as the room it was ok but needed a good cleaning the carpet needed a good vacuum. I had read previous reviews complaining of the loud ac noise and yes even being off the unit makes a loud noise I had a hard time sleeping the bed was very comfy it was just the noisy unit. We also had an issue getting towels. We were a family of 4 there were only 2 towels in the room. In the morning I saw housekeeping I asked her for towels she said it would be an hour because they were in the dryer. We waited the hour no towels I called front desk he said he would have them take us towels never came we had to share towels ok firm as we were leaving for the day I stopped and told the clerk can we get housekeeping please we weren’t ready when they came by he said yes of course. We came back to our room about 6 PM housekeeping never showed we still didn’t have extra towels I called front desk he said they were done for the day and didn’t see any notes that we requested anything. Luckily we stopped to buy towels for the water park we went to. the breakfast was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful."
