「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. As it was just the beginning of the peak travel season, the room rate was reasonable. There is a great variety of rooms for customers to choose from. We’d reserved one deluxe double room but had mistakenly chosen one without a sea view. Upon our arrival, thanks to the staff, Marinda’s assistance, we were able to...

「Sijainti loistava. Pari minuuttia kävellen uimarannalle, kuten myös satamaan. Huone kookas, hotellihuone, täysin perus sellainen. Oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin. Todella rauhallinen. 」

「We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The caldera views were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Sofia and John were very helpful with anything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant. 「The hotel was in a unique structure within the castle area of Naxos. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The hosts were enthusiastic and helpful at all times. The host picked us up at the port when we got in and did a great job of showing us around so we could get oriented. Note, the hotel is up on the hill in Naxos. Don’t go there if you have mobility problems.」

「Great place right in the middle of the town! Very spacious apartment and had what we needed. The only downside was the beds were VERY firm. Our backs were sore in the morning- but we are used to a softer bed. Overall, would recommend!」

「The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing and our host was very attentive! However it could have been cleaned a bit better and it is a VERY long way down so a lot of steps! And it’s definitely a cave so a bit musty and damp. Overall it was OK but not sure we would stay here again.」
