"The staff at the hotel were all lovely and so helpful! We booked breakfast for next morning upon arrival as I saw the food rating was a 5 (no longer an 1 which I saw from previous reviews) and the staff were really kind and accommodating with this. The hotel itself must’ve had a renovation or update since a lot of previous reviews, as after reading them, I was expecting it to be a lot worse, however it was actually very nice. The only downside we experienced was that our room was very hot, which must be known to them as we already had 2 fans in the room for us to use. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but something to note. Other than that everything was really pleasant. It isn’t the Ritz but it was a comfy bed, great location for the beach and pleasant for our stop in Wales whilst I was working. I would absolutely stay again, thank you!"

"Nice modern clean hotel close to city centre, and also the promenade and beach. Walking distance to all amenities, including Marina."

"The room was amazing. The only complaint would be parking. But the host made that problem known to us before we arrived. We had tonpay another 17 pounds for parking."

"The building itself is in a poor state of repair with a huge hole in the fascia board round the back. Cleanliness was poor. There was a false nail on the floor behind the bathroom door from a previous occupant. Not a huge issue in itself but it does make you wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned. Our soap dispensers were empty on arrival too. That said, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The parking was easy and convenient and the amenities nearby, especially the Indian Restaurant and takeaway were excellent. A good and convenient place to stay but you they do need to up their game on maintenance and cleaning."
