「No one was around for check in. I had to wait around in the rain for 1 hour before a second couple showed up with a cellphone with a sim card. They were able to message the property through the app and got someone there within 20 minutes or so. They also tried to charge me twice.. If you stay here, make sure you have your receipt ready in case they try to charge you again. Also, it's a good idea to buy a sim card so you can contact them when you get there. It is NOT a manned office. 」

「The best part of my trip to La Fortuna was staying at this hotel. The rooms were nicely furnished, absolutely spotless, A/C was extremely efficient, and having laundry on site was very useful. Rooms had Smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming channels. This is the only place I will stay at in La Fortuna going forwards. 」
