The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

「Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.」

「My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night.」
