「Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special. 」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「住宿的旅客多半都是要前往或由馬丘比丘返程的，所以即使是凌晨都聽得到開關房跟談話的聲音，但令人最在意的是浴室的水流會忽冷忽熱，在冬天這種季節，特地訂了有浴缸的房間，洗澡洗得很痛苦，連想泡個澡都無法實現，浴缸的出水口無法緊閉，這是令人非常失望的。」

「We have stayed at El Balcon twice and have a third stay booked. Well kept property and grounds, courteous staff, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms and bed, common dining area open after hours, free luggage storage while a trek, 10 minute walk from plaza. Quiet street at night. 」
