"Lovely hotel."

"Helpful staff. Amazing location"

"Upon check-in I had to submit my e-mail address for tickets but never received anything. Room was a bit small but OK and with a great view. Restaurant terrace and view excellent. Received a nice token birthday gift which was thoughtful. Staff members were all very friendly. Second night, someone in the neighborhood was blasting loud music all night, which cut into sleeping time. That was unfortunate. Overall, our stay was good."

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. "We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food"
