Epicentro da vida curitibana

O ponto alto da propriedade é exatamente a localização. Junto às áreas mais pulsantes de Curitiba, próximo de bons restaurantes shopping e facilidade de transporte. Meu quarto pareceu recém renovado. Excelente. É bom saber que o hotel está parcialmente em obras e o som de máquinas pesadas pode aparecer.

Fim de semana horrível!!!

Quando chegamos, sábado por volta das 13:35, a entrada do hotel estava fechada. Resolveram fazer reparos na calçada de embarque e desembarque em pleno horário comercial de sábado. Sendo assim não tinha nada nade deixar o carro. E nem como tirar a bagagem do mesmo. Na recepção o funcionário parecia que tinha acabado de vir da academia, não há identificações e nem uniforme dos recepcionistas. Disse que estava de aniversário de casamento e nos deram um quarto ao lado do elevador, no térreo e a janela do quarto dava para um corredor sendo fundos da cozinha do hotel. Simplesmente horrível!!!!! No café da manhã, tudo super mega simples, ovos mexidos frios e sem gosto, pouca variedade de tudo. Muito fraco!!!!! Uma das piores experiências!!!! O hotel está sucateado, necessita de reparos e adm super fraca. Hotel sem cuidado, sem atenção com os hóspedes. Não há palavras para descrever. A única coisa boa é a localização, mas nunca mais volto!!!!

Bom, mas quartos sem isolamento acústico

O staff era atencioso, café da manhã bom, cama confortável. Porém, os quartos não tem isolamento acústico. Era possível escutar todos os movimentos e barulhos dos outros quartos. E para mim isto é super desagradável e é algo essencial em um hotel.

Hotel em excelente localização; atendimento na recepção e serviços de cozinha ótimos e sempre com funcionários bastantes gentis. Também destaco a limpeza e o asseio do quarto q, além de amplo, tem um banheiro confortável e uma ótima e aprovadíssima ducha no chuveiro (e olhe q fez um friozinho considerável durante nossa estadia em Curitiba, em julho/25). Em suma, passamos seis dias maravilhosos em Curitiba e muito bem instalados!!

Boa estadia! Pena que por conta da reforma, estão sem restaurante, mas o café da manhã razoável… os pratos quentes estavam frios. Nosso quarto estava com infiltração de água, o que foi resolvido pela transferência em outro cômodo. Equipe ótima.
