"Really nice relaxing place"

"Great couple of days, clean hotel, rooms spacious, staff very friendly & helpful. Stunning views, food excellent, spa fantastic. Great location for visiting local towns. Very satisfied and will happily book again."

"A really lovely hotel, staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities, especially the spa were really fantastic and a cut above others I’ve visited. The breakfast was excellent and I really loved the decor and picture collages in the dining area. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Fab location in the heart of Bowness, close to the lake. It's a bit tired, but the staff are nice. The pool is lovely. Parking is a short walk away, about 300 yards. Nice, but in need of an update"

"Everything at the hotel was brilliant! the reception, housekeeping and dinning room staff were all very attentive and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable"

"We stayed one night at the hotel The restaurant was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals there , both dinner and breakfast. the room we booked was a superior room, we were a little surprised to find 2 bunkers in the room (as well as the king bed) but it was quite spacious in the room so it was ok."

"Very nice for a quiet getaway in the North Lakes"
